Bright Pipe is a two van operation out of Decatur. We do repairs, water heaters, and the old house mysteries that make other plumbers quote you a whole repipe just to be safe.
Straight quotes before work starts, photos of everything we find, and no upsell on parts you cannot see. That was dad’s rule and it is still the whole business plan.
The Reason
My dad plumbed half the ranch houses in Decatur in the 80s. When he retired, his customers kept calling the house. Somebody had to pick up the phone, and I already knew where every cleanout in the county was.
Proud Accomplishment
We answered 214 emergency calls last year with an average arrival time under 50 minutes. My dad checked the math twice.
