The Kneaded Hour is a two room studio in Midtown, walkable from the office towers that cause most of my business. Sessions run 50 or 80 minutes, and I keep the last slot of the day for people who cannot leave work before six.
No spa music you hate, no scented oil you did not ask for, and no memberships. Just a table, a plan for your specific shoulders, and follow up stretches you will actually do.
The Reason
I spent eight years as a physical therapy assistant watching people wait until they were injured to get help. Massage is the maintenance plan nobody teaches you. I opened a studio where it is normal, not a luxury.
Proud Accomplishment
A client who came in unable to turn his head to check his blind spot drove to Savannah last month, pain free, windows down.
